Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through networking events, social media, and cold calling.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Assist in the placement of qualified candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
