Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct proactive outreach to identify qualified candidates and screen them for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and manage the interview process.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to candidates.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Proactive, organized, and highly motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
