Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for various open positions across multiple industries.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Assist in the placement of candidates and manage the onboarding process to ensure retention.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to improve sales and recruitment techniques.
- Utilize various software platforms to track candidate pipelines and manage client data effectively.
Qualifications
