Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates via various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future open positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations to ensure a perfect fit for both client and candidate.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective recruiting strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
- A desire to learn and grow within the staffing industry.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
