Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through networking and outreach.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate data and resumes within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience in staffing or recruiting is necessary; we provide full training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
