Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess job fit for temporary/permanent positions
- Manage applicant tracking system data and recruitment documentation
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
- Meet weekly KPIs for candidate submissions and placements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex job requisitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ATS systems
