In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities. You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect match.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening of incoming resumes and applications to identify top talent.
- Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market our agency services to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in recruiting or staffing is required; we provide full paid training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- A self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
