Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement for 15-20 active requisitions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at client organizations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with 25+ candidates weekly
- Present qualified candidates to clients with comprehensive market analysis
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and placement success
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience with demonstrable placement track record
- Expert knowledge of Philadelphia's talent market and industry-specific networks
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations
- Proven ability to close 5+ placements monthly in competitive environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for client meetings
