Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and resume reviews for potential job candidates.
- Post job openings on various digital platforms and social media channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist in organizing and attending local job fairs and networking events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track candidate progress and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary: We train all our new hires from the ground up.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and computer.
