Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates using our ATS platform
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist in crafting compelling job postings and employer branding materials
- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruiting/staffing or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
