Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless scheduling experiences
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop targeted recruitment strategies for high-demand roles
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations
- Participate in networking events to expand our regional talent ecosystem
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in candidate documentation
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and performance indicators
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
