Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions within our client portfolio.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent using social media platforms and professional networking sites.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to build brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and aptitude for learning new software (CRM/ATS).
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve monthly targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for off-site events.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is a plus but not required.
