Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various recruiting tools and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for client positions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Assist in the administration of HR compliance and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
