Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry insights.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting (internships considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
