Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to presenting top talent to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Assist in organizing and hosting recruitment events and career fairs.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and improve placement rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
