Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate data and track placements within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and placement strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive self-starter with a high level of motivation and drive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- No prior recruiting experience required; we train all new hires.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
