Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top-tier candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media and job boards, to find talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
- No prior recruiting experience is necessary—we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
