Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking and social media.
- Place job orders with clients and manage the placement process end-to-end.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings and reference checks.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses and job seekers.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
