Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and present our agency's solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (social media, networking, job boards) to source qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the full placement cycle, from negotiating offers to onboarding new hires to ensure retention.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to foster repeat business.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting or sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to set and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
