Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
- Update and maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet quarterly placement goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
