Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to identify and screen potential candidates for open positions.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Onboarding: Guide new hires through the orientation and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on the local job market to identify trends and staffing needs in El Paso.
- Administrative Support: Manage candidate databases, update CRM systems, and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required—we train you!
