Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open positions within key industries.
- Manage job postings on external platforms and internal applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
