Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and staffing needs for our client base.
- Screen, interview, and assess resumes to match the best talent with open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing strategies.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing top-notch service.
- Coordinate the full interview process, from scheduling to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development and agency growth.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet client needs.
