Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of candidate resumes and applications to identify top talent.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Assist in the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate interactions and update records.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
