As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our business development strategy. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, while building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions based on client requirements and candidate skills.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates and client contacts.
- Develop strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and company culture.
- Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating on-site meetings.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting weekly and monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client site visits).
