Responsibilities
- Screening resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for open positions.
- Developing and managing relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
