Responsibilities
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding: Guide new hires through the documentation and orientation process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS software is highly desirable.
- Drive: A natural ability to network and a proven track record of being a self-starter.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
