Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and job boards to actively source and recruit qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face and virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment systems with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
