Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine job fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with hiring managers and understand their specific workforce needs.
- Job Posting Management: Craft compelling job descriptions and post open positions on multiple job boards and social media platforms.
- Database Administration: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Research: Identify and research new business opportunities within the local market.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new recruitment software.
