Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates for technical positions (IT, Engineering, Healthcare).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide consultative staffing solutions.
- Pipeline Building: Develop a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future open positions.
- Onboarding: Guide candidates through the interview process and assist with the onboarding transition to ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure we offer competitive packages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred for this El Paso-based role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-Starter: Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
