Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing: Utilize various platforms and networking strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen and Interview: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess cultural fit for our client companies.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers to candidates.
- Placement Support: Assist in the offer process and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive: Self-motivated attitude with a hunger for success and a willingness to learn.
- CRM Proficiency: Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
