Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive talent.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and define talent requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and placement quotas consistently.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
