Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to identify and screen qualified technical candidates.
- Interview Process: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and staffing needs.
- Placement & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including offer negotiation, background checks, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid response to client demands.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools within the Fort Worth area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT, engineering, or administrative sectors.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX.
