Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill tech roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer
- Develop strategic partnerships with Detroit tech leaders
- Optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance
- Lead employer branding initiatives for technical talent acquisition
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and OFCCP regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Deep understanding of Detroit tech ecosystem and talent market
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
