Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and interviews for open positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through social media and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Attend local networking events to represent Apex Talent Solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the staffing industry.
