Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ active client positions simultaneously
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments with technical accuracy
- Develop client relationships through weekly partnership meetings and strategic planning
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain 95% candidate placement rate through rigorous quality control processes
- Lead training sessions for junior recruiters on sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in San Diego market
- Proven track record placing candidates in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of compensation structures for tech/healthcare roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
