Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job applicants through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Research industry trends to better understand the needs of our client base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to network.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A self-starter attitude with a high level of motivation and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
