Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent using various sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with the senior recruiting team to refine hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily recruitment targets.
