Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound recruiting calls and emails to source passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes and interview applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for various industries.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier staffing solutions.
- Update candidate and client information in our CRM database accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, competitive nature, and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- No prior recruiting experience is necessary; we provide full training.
