Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and manage a diverse pipeline of talent using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective search strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate briefs, and facilitate a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track applicant data, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior recruiting experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
