Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate interview scheduling and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in team training sessions to master recruitment techniques
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet performance metrics
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
