Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a deep pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future open positions.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job specifications.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and activity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or technical niche.
- Strong knowledge of the Miami job market and local business landscape.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate salary and manage client expectations effectively.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly hiring targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
