Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier candidates for permanent and contract positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless integration
- Maintain compliance with EEO and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven success in healthcare/tech/tech verticals preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification a plus
