The Role: As a Staffing Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our clients and the best talent in the industry. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that every placement is a perfect fit. Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, including salary negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of salary trends and competitor activities in the local New Orleans area.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment pipelines and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our New Orleans headquarters.
