Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and competency assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Implement diversity recruitment initiatives to build inclusive tech teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with a staffing agency
- Proven track record placing software developers, DevOps engineers, and cybersecurity professionals
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of programming languages and tech stacks
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
