Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize employer branding and job postings
- Stay current with labor market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar)
- Excellent communication with ability to articulate value propositions
- Results-driven mindset with measurable KPI achievement
- Valid NE driver's license for occasional client meetings
