Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across tech, finance, and creative industries
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through strategic account management
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess cultural fit alignment
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and closing ratios
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly in competitive markets
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics
- Valid NYC business license and active NYS recruiter certification
