Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates for open positions.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with administrative duties related to recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional client visits).
