Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Identify and build relationships with local businesses in Tucson to understand their hiring needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
