We are currently seeking a driven Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Detroit, Michigan. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. You will actively source, screen, and interview candidates, while building relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and phone screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build a robust pipeline of talent to meet the ongoing needs of our client base.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- A proactive "hunter" mentality with a desire to learn and achieve sales/recruiting targets.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
